1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vb99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at vb99.io. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with the platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the vb99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. vb99 strictly enforces these criteria and reserves the right to verify compliance at any time.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the vb99 platform. vb99 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the discretion of the platform.
• Jurisdiction: The platform is intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform does not violate any law applicable in your location. vb99 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on vb99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties is forbidden.
• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of vb99 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in wagering activities on the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on vb99, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vb99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Immediate Notification: You must notify vb99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• Verification (KYC): vb99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by vb99.
• Account Currency: All accounts on vb99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and settled in BDT.

vb99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approved accounts are granted a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vb99 supports a range of local payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to the following terms:

• Supported Methods: Deposits and withdrawals may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be available subject to current platform configuration.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. vb99 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by vb99 support. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 30 minutes for mobile financial service methods during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Funds derived from bonus credits may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus-specific withdrawal conditions are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over general withdrawal terms for those funds.
• Anti-Money Laundering: vb99 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or decline any withdrawal that triggers an AML review.

All transaction records are maintained in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Players are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to their winnings under Bangladesh law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vb99 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vb99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus from an account if it believes the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through fraudulent means.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, including through the creation of multiple accounts, will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

• Platform Discretion: vb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to eligible players.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the vb99 platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation notification from the platform. vb99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds & Prices: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, not those displayed prior to submission.
• Errors & Manifest Mistakes: In the event of a pricing error or manifest mistake (including but not limited to incorrect odds arising from a system error), vb99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are processed in real time. Due to the nature of live events, there may be a delay between the occurrence of an event and its reflection in the betting interface. vb99 reserves the right to void bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the platform has updated its markets accordingly.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in the event of event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, or where the specific market conditions for settlement cannot be determined. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers series, are governed by published cricket betting rules available on the Cricket section of the platform. Special attention should be paid to rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, and match abandonment.
• Maximum Winnings: vb99 applies a maximum winnings cap per bet and per day. These limits are published in the platform help section and may be updated from time to time. Winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be paid at the cap amount.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited bug will be voided.

vb99 cooperates with law enforcement agencies where required and will provide account information and transaction data in response to lawful requests.

8 Security & Privacy

vb99 takes the security of your personal and financial information seriously. The following measures and obligations apply:

10 Suspension & Account Closure

vb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Evidence of multiple account registration by the same individual.
• Discovery that the account is being accessed from a jurisdiction where the use of the platform is prohibited.
• Any conduct that vb99, in its sole judgement, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vb99 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. In cases not involving player fault (for example, voluntary account closure by the player), any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not refundable upon account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vb99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vb99 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, suitability, or availability for any particular purpose.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vb99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
